Michele Hawkins- Jones, Director of Works

A native of Washington, D.C. Michele, received her BFA degree
from Adelphi University.  Attended Lincoln Director’s Lab, Lab-North in Canada. Michele has dedicated her directing career to
educate and give voice to African American history by telling the
stories of our ancestors whose lives have been forgotten. 
In 2016, Michele was appointed as Director of Works for the
INCARN Drama Ministry by Bishop Johnny Ray Youngblood,
Spiritual Engineer of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Jamaica, NY,
directing staged productions inclusive of ‘The MAAFA’, depicting the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.
During the 2020 Pandemic, Michele envisioned ‘INCARN Live! Virtual Theatre’, transitioning INCARN drama ministry onto the world’s ‘virtual stage’ platform. Directing over 120 weekly presentations and‘in-house productions’, of ‘Honorable Distinction’,
‘The Resurrection’, and ‘Black Pearl’ and feature films, ‘The Boy
Who Saw Christ’, available on Amazon January 2023. Michele shares her skills as a writer and choreographer in INCARN.
On her horizon, is a travelling excerpt of ‘Honorable Distinction’,
‘The Twelve Knights of Christ’ and the MAAFA 2023.

Kenya Cagle,

Resident Writer

Kenya Cagle was born in Bedford Stuyvesant to working parents George and Randola Cagle. At the age of 13 he began his acting career appearing on Broadway in The Negro Ensemble Company's production of Dreams written by himself and Director Bill Duke. Kenya Cagle holds an MBA in Media Management and has been involved in the film industry for over thirty years. Kenya has produced twenty shorts and features including the award winning The Miracle which was voted as the most downloaded film in 2005 at The Midnite Madness Movie Festival. His features TK - The Series, Father Dad, Rich From Within and Thug Kidz all went on to become award winning festival films.

PennyJean Bowen

Stage Manager

 motivated, committed, and talented Actor. While pursuing a career to be a world-renowned actor, I've also
been blessed to obtain an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy as a Muscular Therapist. My hobbies include swimming, gardening, reading, trying new foods, and laughing with friends. In December 2021, I auditioned and was cast in InCarn’s, “Eman and the Homies”, since then, I’ve performed in numerous InCarn Live Virtual Theatre Zoom productions. I have volunteered to continue working with IncarnLive behind the
scenes as a Background and Cast Coordinator as well as acting in productions. I have always gone the extra mile, and I plan to add the best of me to IncarnLive and the world.

Naeemah Brown

Choreographer

Naeemah Brown is a Native of Harlem.  In 2008, she founded Cradle in the Rock Youth Ensemble and Workshop to encourage cross-cultural exchange and adapt aspects of African culture, aesthetics and values while Incorporating other dance forms.

 

She received her training at Minisink Townhouse and Camp, Binghamton University where she studied theatre and dance and received her Bachelor’s of Arts.  She also received her Masters from Seton Hall University.

 

Naeemah has toured both at home and abroad, working with and performing the works of noted choreographers.

Video Engineer & Graphic Artist

Worked with Incarn for 7 years. 1 year with Incarn Live Virtual Theatre. Does video editing and photo video collage. Does engineering for the production when available.

Savonne Andrews,

Website Manager

A Visual Artist & Designer who manages the website for Incarn Live & Virtual Theatre. Received his BFA from New York City College of Technology.

 

Beautiful things always capture my interest, which is why I'm committed to exploring the many forms of visuals including Photography, Video and Design.
